Skills and Experience

  • We create and work exclusively on MACs and design in Keynote. Team members are expected to be familiar with this program. 
  • Must be familiar with how to work collaboratively on shared documents through dropbox. 
  • Be a certified teacher in Canada or the USA with 5+ years of classroom teaching experience in public schools.  
  • Must be familiar with Ontario/Canadian curriculum or willing to learn
  •  
  • To protect our intellectual property we request that all team members do not have an active educational resource business (TPT) or work for other educational publishing companies that create or sell teaching resources within the same market.

We are Hiring

Product Quality Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Madly Learning. This role is super important – you’re the one who makes sure our educational products are top-notch and ready to hit the market. You’ll be the one dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s, and we’re counting on you to keep our product standards sky-high.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Giving all our products a final check to ensure they’re perfect before going out.
  • Using a checklist to make sure nothing gets missed.
  • Keeping an eye on our existing products to ensure they’re still meeting our standards.
  • Updating products when needed and fixing any errors.
  • Chatting regularly with our product creation, customer service, and store manager teams to keep our product quality consistent.
  • Matching our resources with different curriculum standards.
  • Assisting with customer service during peak times
  • Keeping our product documents up-to-date with the latest curriculums.

What We Need From You:

  • An exacting eye for detail and a passion for quality.
  • Great at working with a team and strong communication skills.
  • Super organized – we love a Type A personality!
  • Ready to own your role and make it a success.
  • You love a good challenge and are great at solving problems and following through.
  • Into making things efficient and saving time.
  • Happy working on your own and great at taking direction from visionary leaders.
  • Experienced in managing big curriculum resources on multiple platforms.
  • Skilled in Keynote, Clickup, Airtable, and Zapier.
  • Knowing Canadian educational standards is a big plus.

Requirements:

This is a contract position, and the monthly retainer will be based on  10 – 15 hours a week within a regular 40-hour work week (this isn’t a role for someone looking for a side hustle). We hope to grow this role so the capacity to work more hours is an asset. 

Must be a permanent resident and legally able to work in Canada or the USA.

You will be asked to attend a weekly team meeting each Monday.  Our team is generally available between 1:00 pm -5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday.
